Thai Yoga Therapy is a form of interactive manipulation of the body, primarily moving and stretching your body similar to yoga positions. It has been described as ‘lazy yoga’ because the therapist stretches your body for you. Some clients have even been known to fall asleep during the treatment!
The concept of Thai Yoga Therapy is based on pressing on pressure points along the energy (meridian in Chinese) lines on the whole body, combined with stretching the body in yoga-based positions.
